CURRENT PRODUCT DELIVERY
Black Girls Have Always Been Magic currently sells digital products only.
Digital products are delivered electronically through the order-confirmation page and the email address provided during checkout. No physical product will be mailed, and no shipping charge should apply to a digital-only order.
DIGITAL DELIVERY TIME
Access is generally provided shortly after payment is successfully processed. Occasional delays may result from payment review, email filtering, technical interruptions, or an incorrect email address.
If your delivery email does not arrive:

Confirm that you entered the correct email address during checkout.

DOWNLOAD RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for downloading all included files within the permitted download limit and saving them to a secure personal device.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Black Girls Have Always Been Magic does not currently sell or ship physical products.
The printed Reset and The Truth Bank™ may appear as “Coming Soon,” prototypes, or products in development. These displays are not physical-product orders, paid preorders, or guarantees of a shipping date.
Before physical products become available for purchase, this policy will be updated to explain:
• Processing times
• Shipping methods and charges
• Available shipping locations
• Estimated delivery ranges
• Address changes
• Lost, delayed, damaged, or returned packages
• International shipping, customs, and duties, if offered
