Refund policy

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Because this product is delivered digitally, all digital-product sales are final after the file has been accessed or downloaded, except where otherwise required by law. If you experience a technical problem receiving your purchase, please contact us so we can help.
Digital products cannot be physically returned. Refunds generally will not be issued for:
• A change of mind
• An accidental purchase
• Failure to read the product description
• Lack of access to a compatible device, application, or printer
• A customer’s inability to use standard PDF files
• Requests made after the purchased files have been accessed or downloaded
If you receive an incorrect or damaged file, or a verified technical problem prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us at RAESLLC1@gmail.com within seven days of purchase.
Include your full name, order number, purchase email address, and a description or screenshot of the problem. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide replacement access, technical assistance, or another remedy required by applicable law.
DOWNLOAD ACCESS
Customers are responsible for entering an accurate email address during checkout and saving purchased files to a secure personal device.
The Grown Woman’s 7-Day Reset currently permits up to three downloads per purchase. Opening or downloading an asset may count toward this limit.
UNAUTHORIZED SHARING
Each digital purchase is licensed to the original purchaser for individual, personal use. Files may not be copied, shared, forwarded, resold, redistributed, uploaded, or distributed to another person or group.
Unauthorized sharing does not qualify a customer for replacement downloads or a refund.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Black Girls Have Always Been Magic does not currently sell or ship physical products. The Truth Bank™ and any printed workbook displayed as “Coming Soon” are not presently available for purchase.
A separate return and refund policy for physical merchandise will be published before physical products are offered for sale.
APPROVED REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. Financial institutions and payment processors may require additional time to post the credit.
