The Grown Woman’s 7-Day Reset is a guided digital workbook that helps you address seven areas of your life: mental load, priorities, environment, health, finances, boundaries, and the promise you need to keep to yourself.
Each day includes scripture, honest reflection, and one practical action.
WHAT COMES WITH MY RESET PURCHASE?
Your purchase includes two PDF versions of the same workbook:
• A fillable PDF for completing digitally on a compatible phone, tablet, or computer
• A print-friendly PDF for printing and completing by hand
No physical product will be shipped.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY FILES?
After your payment is completed, Shopify will provide access to your digital files through the order-confirmation page and the email address used during checkout.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I DOWNLOAD MY PURCHASE?
Each purchase currently permits up to three downloads. This allows you to retrieve both versions and provides limited room for a failed or interrupted download.
After downloading the files, save them to a secure location on your device.
WILL THE FILLABLE PDF WORK ON EVERY DEVICE?
The workbook is designed for use with a PDF reader that supports fillable form fields. Adobe Acrobat Reader is a commonly used free option.
Some browser preview windows and phone applications may display a PDF without preserving completed fields properly. For the best results, download the file to your device, open it in a compatible PDF reader, and save your completed copy regularly.
CAN I PRINT THE FILLABLE VERSION?
Yes, but the separate print-friendly version is formatted specifically for customers who prefer to write by hand.
IS THIS A PHYSICAL WORKBOOK?
No. The current Grown Woman’s 7-Day Reset is a digital product. Nothing will be mailed.

CAN I SHARE THE FILE WITH SOMEONE ELSE?
No. Your purchase is licensed for your individual, personal use. The PDFs may not be copied, forwarded, shared, resold, redistributed, uploaded, or used to create another product.
If you would like to give the Reset to someone, please purchase an additional copy for that recipient.
CAN I USE THE RESET WITH A GROUP?
An individual purchase does not include group-use, organizational, classroom, coaching, ministry, or commercial rights.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A DIGITAL PRODUCT?
Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, digital-product purchases are generally final after access or download, except where otherwise required by law.
