This Digital Product Policy applies to downloadable products purchased from Black Girls Have Always Been Magic.
DIGITAL DELIVERY
Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be mailed unless a product listing explicitly identifies the item as a physical product.
After a successful purchase, customers receive access to their files through the order-confirmation page and the email address submitted during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible email address.
DOWNLOADS
The number of permitted downloads may be limited. The Grown Woman’s 7-Day Reset currently permits up to three downloads per purchase.
Customers should download all included files and save them to a secure personal device. Opening or downloading a file may count toward the permitted limit.
If a legitimate technical problem prevents access, please contact us with your name, order number, purchase email address, and a description of the problem.
FILE COMPATIBILITY
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their devices can open standard PDF files.
Fillable PDFs require a PDF reader that supports interactive form fields. Results may vary when a file is opened inside a web browser, phone preview window, or unsupported application.
For the best experience, download the file before completing it, use a compatible PDF reader, and save your work regularly.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, digital-product purchases are generally final once a file has been accessed or downloaded, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
A change of mind, failure to read the product description, lack of access to a compatible device or printer, or accidental purchase generally does not qualify for a refund.
If you receive the wrong file, a damaged file, or cannot access your purchase because of a verified technical issue, please contact us so we can investigate and provide appropriate assistance.
PERSONAL-USE LICENSE
Purchasing a digital product grants the original purchaser a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for individual, personal use.
Purchasing a file does not transfer ownership of the design, written content, branding, intellectual property, or copyright.
PROHIBITED USE
Digital products purchased from Black Girls Have Always Been Magic may not be:
• Copied or shared with another person
• Forwarded through email, text, messaging applications, or file-sharing services
• Resold, sublicensed, redistributed, or uploaded online
• Altered and represented as another person’s work
• Used to create a competing or derivative product
• Used for commercial, coaching, classroom, organizational, ministry, workshop, or group purposes without written authorization
• Posted publicly or distributed through social media, websites, shared drives, membership groups, or online communities
GIFT PURCHASES
To give a digital product to another person, please purchase an additional copy for the intended recipient. The recipient should receive their own purchase access or authorized copy.
GROUP AND ORGANIZATIONAL USE
An individual license does not include group-use rights. Churches, nonprofits, businesses, coaches, facilitators, schools, and other organizations must obtain written permission or an appropriate group license before distributing or reproducing the material.

Unless otherwise stated, all digital products, written content, designs, product names, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Black Girls Have Always Been Magic and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, or commercial use is prohibited.
POLICY UPDATES
This policy may be updated as our products, technology, and business practices develop. The policy in effect on the date of purchase applies to that transaction, subject to applicable law.
